So many things wrong with the house for the price. Never even met the landlord or agent. All they want is their rent money. They havent fixed anythi g. The weekend we moved in there was no hot water and put an urgent maintenance request in and never got a respomse. Still to this day havent ever heard anything anout ir. No one has checked to see if it was fixed. No one has even acknowledged receiving the maintenance request except for a company that called that Tuesday after the request was put in Friday night. Thankfully, my husband was able to secure the part over the weekend that it needed to be fixed on the hot water heater And he was able to get it fixed and get us hot water. Although the park cost us $85. But God forbid we be late on the rent even though we’re paying late fees for being late. We’ve never been reimbursed for that money and it’s never been acknowledged that we put in a maintenance request but it’s a push for money and they don’t care about any personal family matters that happen that are out of our control like a layoff or surgery or complications from surgery or cancer diagnosis. They don’t care. They don’t wanna hear any of that. Just pay your rent or move. With kids and animals, and already struggling in this economy, that’s a little hard to just pick up and move. Not to mention it’s not fair to our children. They have to move schools as a possibility if we can’t find anything for rent in our area. Zero out of 10 do not recommend.
