Trapped in the garage

Four times since April, the garage door facing Leon has broken, trapping up to 24 cars inside. The local maintenance person can't fix the larger problem and the MDT Properties owners are located literally in Beverly Hills and can't be bothered to fix this safety hazard. In addition, they have been slow to fix ongoing gas leaks. Not worth your money!

Managment

Managment can do better with addressing residents' questions. Inform residents of maintenance issues. Clean and maintain the halls and elevator.

Pretty Decent Place

I have enjoyed living here so far, the experience is nice but there are no real amenities other than the balcony and parking but, the parking is not secure, the elevators are in desperate need of maintenance, the outside needs a new paintjob and security in general of the place needs to be updated, overall though the rent is at a great price, but many improvements need to be made.

Park place review

It's a great apartment for the rent with pretty large rooms and lots of natural light, but when we moved in the place was filthy. I had to mop 5 times to get the dirt off the floor. There was hair all over the bathroom.
