We have loved living here the last 2 years. Any issues were met quickly by Shauna and Perry. Our first unit was a bit problematic, but once we switched units we have been wonderful. We love the quiet setting. But a few amenities wouldn't hurt. We pay market rate for our apartment, but we dont have a pool, a gym, a park, or any kind of dog park area. I feel the rent could reflect this a little better, but would gladly love a swimming pool or a dog park area for all the puppers living here! Also, we miss our propane grill! Can we figure our some sort of policy whereas the residents can have our grills back if we maybe increase our renters insurance, or agree to move them to the parking lot when we use them? We got rid of our propane grill and got an electric one, but it is not as good. Thank you, Leslie and Zach Oh, it would also be nice to het the mailboxes fixed. Alot of them dont even close properly
