Great Place to Live

My family and I have been here for 8 years. This is a place you can raise a family safely and the neighbors aren't bad. The property manager is also very prompt when you need help with something, and is always trying to improve the community. There's not a whole lot in the "immediate" area, but The Avenue is right down the highway in Murfreesboro that gives you access to everything you need.

Management

Management accuses tenants of having others residing in units based probably on nosey neighbors or being blessed to upgrade oneself . I am bi monthly visitor here not residing; it rubbed me the wrong way for prying into people's business. People sign leases and know to comprehend.
