I have lived here for about 3 months now and my experience has been pretty good! my only complaint is how the parking is, as sometimes i can't even park infront of my own apartment building or the surrounding ones

4+ years Vehicle has been towed once I travel so im not here alot was told to move my car to different parking spots about every four days which is impossible for me.

Very very nice quiet place to live. In the heart of the Smokies,,close to attractions and restaurants and shopping. Nice balconies, gated community, 2 salt water pools and a gym , Pet friendly with deposit.some restrictions with pets.

I love it here. I live on the 3rd level and its quite. My unit is nice and i have 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. My balcony is spacious and much enjoyed.
