We've lived here for almost a year and are ready to extend our lease. It is so quiet here. Pet friendly. All of the staff members are super nice! Great location!

As Ive said previously, we retired here 4 years ago. We picked our apartment before they were even built. We pla to stay here indefinitely unless the rent increases force us out. My husband is a disabled Vet and we live on a fixed retirement. We love this complex and all the immenities. We do wish there was an additional pool and a large hot tub. We already pay over $1700 per month and if our rent increases significantly we will have to move. that would be a huge burden. We keep our apartment in pristeen condition and well cared for. I think you would value tenants like us.
