We moved into the Villas two years ago. Its been one of our smartest decisions. We moved from a motorhome into an expanded unit. We love it here especially the office staff and maintenance crew. Kim has been a tremondous help to us and never hesitated to take a call from us or an impromptu meeting. Sadly, we are moving out at the end of our lease due to the three levels. This has been a fantastic and convenient place to live. The maintenace crew is remarkable. They are always there immediately when a problem arises. They are personable and always ready to help. If you are contemplating a move to here i would highly recommend the Villas at Kyker Ferry. Thanks again Kim and gang!! Dane and Denise
