Great Place to Call Home

This property is well maintained and it shows! Building 11 has the best view that backs up to a wooded lot. Utilities were low for our unit. The response staff can make or break a property. The entire team was always friendly and showed genuine concern.

Love this property

This property compared to the one i came from is night and day. Everything from the parking to staff and amenities is 1 million times better. Moving in was super easy even on the 3rd floor and my neighbors are amazing. If you are looking for a place where you can relax and enjoy your life outside of the busy everyday BS this is the place to come.

What an AMAZING place to Live!

We LOVE our Apartment complex and the Staff! Hawthorne is by far the Best place to call Home! We live close to the pool and playground and it's still nice and quiet in our apartment. With the resort style pool and amenities Hawthorne has it makes you feel like you are on Vacation!...Between the Amazing Staff, the friendly residents and all that Hawthorne has to offer, felt at home from the first time we came for a tour. WE LOVE OUR HAWTHORNE APARMENT HOME!

Great staff, facilities, and location

We moved into our new apartment in late May of this year, and have been very pleased with every aspect of apartment living after decades of home ownership. The office staff are great to work with, and the maintenance guys so responsive with the few minor issues we had shortly after moving in. The location with so much development within a few miles makes it easy to find shopping, dining, medical, etc.
