Mixed breeds containing these bloodlines are also restricted. We welcome pets with open arms! To ensure a happy environment for all residents and pets, please comply with the following guidelines and obtain management’s written approval. A Pet Agreement must be signed. Each apartment can accommodate up to 2 pets. Pets must be recognized as domestic animals and should be spayed or neutered. For everyone’s comfort, dogs should be leashed at all times, and pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their furry friends. A one-time pet fee and a monthly pet rent (per pet) are required before your pet can move in. While we love all animals, certain breeds are restricted. I’m writing to warn people: do not live at The Trails Apt. This place is a disaster from top to bottom. On June 8th, their “Second Step” collapsed. I suffered multiple injuries because of it. Instead of owning the problem, the manager was extremely rude and refused to provide any information. That’s the standard here—ignore residents and brush everything off. They advertise these apartments as “luxury,” but that’s a straight-up lie. Everything is falling apart and the maintenance is nonexistent. We’ve had constant water shutoffs. The dishwasher doesn’t work. The toilet makes extreme noise after flushing—like it’s ready to fail. The pool was closed for most of June, and when it was open it was green, like it hasn’t been properly maintained in forever. The property also looks trashy and poorly managed. There’s a junk boat sitting there with motor parts as soon as you drive in, and it just screams “no one cares.” And the security gate? It hasn’t worked in three years. Three years.
