Sunrise Apartment Review Apartment

The value that I get for the money that I pay has meet my expectation. The only thing I hope for the renovations to stop soon because it is very loud and it disturbs my sleep in the daytime.

Great Find!

I feel so lucky to have found this complex! It checked all my boxes and the staff are so kind and helpful. Love the benefits like free premier gym membership. It's still very close to town, but the value is so much better.

Always loud early

Location is great even though the immediate area outside of the apartment is full of methheads and the price is high but I agreed to it which means I find it fair. Ever since I’ve moved in there has been constant drilling and hammering and on two occassions on the other side of my bedroom wall before 8AM with no notice. I was ignored when I asked about it leaving me feeling helpless over having my sleep stolen from me and income effected as a result of the fatigue despite the fact that I’m essentially a paying customer who was specifically advertised a quiet apartment. Once I finally got a response after inquiring about the renovation again I was talked down to like I’m some sort of a nuisance for daring to want to be able to sleep at the apartment that I pay for where quietness was advertised. I was basically told “tough luck”(in a moderstely polite way to be fair) I would give the staff the benefit of the doubt for just doing their job but a month before the drilling against my bedroom wall before 8AM started I went to my car to find one of the workers’ tool bags on the hood of my car. My car isn’t fancy so I up merely put them on the ground and moved on without making a big deal but much like the drilling at an unreasonable hour the principle of the matter and blatant disrespect rubbed me the wrong way. I should have taken a picture but I didn’t. I’m sure I’ll be villified for having the audacity to not want to be woken up by hammers and drills on the other side of my bedroom wall before 8AM without notice but i am 100% justified in being angry over having my sleep robbed from me despite paying to live here. I was specifically advertised that living here would be quiet due to the amount of single bedroom apartments. I would revise my review if the problem were solved but I get the impression that they want me to move out for not accepting constant unreasonable disturbances without warning. I feel so helpless

Decent

It is a decent apartment but the kitchen is very small with almost no counter space. The appliances are old and small as well. The bathroom is not well ventilated causing mold on the ceiling.
