I wrote a review in January but since new management took over and rose the rent 372 dollars a month without improvements the grade goes way down. A 1278 dollar a month rent should get you a running dishwasher and a washer and dryer and if that happened I would not mind the rent but the dishwasher was disabled when the kitchen was rewired years ago but when requests are made to fix this are ignored.The laundry room is a disaster as only one or two out of 10 washing machines work and about half of the dryers work. I have a solution to this with the 372 dollar a month rent increase along with the 70 plus water sewage fee added what about putting a washer and dryer in every apartment and if that is done there is not a reason to have a laundry room as now this laundry room here non functional. The previous management did have good landscaping and my family members visiting would praise it but this current management has let the property go bad as beer cans and broken glass has replaced flowers. I have been here for 20 plus years and unless there are dramatic improvements or proper charge for these apartments about 800-900 a month I will be looking for another place.

Okay but

I have lived here since 1999 so far it has never been that bad for me to move out. The experience depends on what type of management is in charge and the type of residents that are here and that has been up and down. New Management has taken over recently and so far they are off to a underwhelming start as I do not know how much my rent is because they snuck a 45.00 a month sewage fee on top of my rent which my lease does not end until June 30 2022 also I have tried to get in contact with the office by e mail but no response. I liked the old Management a lot better at least you could contact them and the maintenance staff would quickly attempt to fix broken things.
