I have been a resident here since 2018 and I really enjoy it! It's quiet and the location is near everything you need. The main reason I've lived here so long is because of the STAFF! They are always their to help you out if you need anything. A big shout out to Emily who was here when I moved in! She is amazing and very efficient and always their to help! The whole staff is amazing and the new manager is fun and gets things done. I see my money go back into the complex and I'm able to call this my home. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone! I appreciate the staff and maintenance so much! Thank you!

I have lived at MAA Brentwood for 5 months and I absolutely love it. The location is central to so many things, the office staff and maintenance are AWESOME. I have lived in other apartments but I must say this is by far the best. The atmosphere is great, no noise and the great neighbors also.
