These apartments are not what are to be expected of. They dont meet up with their expectations. Ive lived here for over a year now and know how they work and its just not worth it for their prices etc. Would rather be somewhere else.
Unfortunately and Surprisingly not so Great
For maintenance to always close my request and never fix anything and half the time they dont even come view anything i put, im pretty surprised because of the amount i pay to live here. I pay for pest but we have to call to be put on the list but no oke ever answers the phone. Now we are having to pay extra for “security” and i never see security around here and i didnt even agree to want to pay for security when they sent out letters and asled us. And worst of all, the water service, conservice, makes my water bill outrageous! Over $100 and I hardly EVER use water just to try and save money but somehow it goes up every month still! Conservice takes everyones water usage and divides it between everyone but whoever has more than one resident on the lease, they multiply it for those people. But there are apartments here that have 2 people on the lease, but 5-6 people living in the apartment! This place is not helpful towards anything at all and it seems like the staff doesnt care either. The pool hasnt been opened and didn't even pass inspection when the inspectors came to see if it finally could be opened. There are always care FLYING through the tiny parking lot that we dont have to drive theough going at least 30-35mph and no one ever gets onto them. If there was actually security, dont you think that would at least have stopped? These arent even like the peojects and the residents are actually fairly nice and stay to themselves so i sont know why we would “need” security anyways. If i thought my apartments were dangerous, i would totally agree to security, but they arent the type of apartment ls that need security. I think they are just trying to get more money out of us because even a maintenance man told me they coulsnt replace my daughters window that has a huge hole in it because of “money issues”. Its crazy i was even told that much! This place is just crazy, and the renovations arent just AMAZING. They do a very poor job, at least at my apartment they did.
