My boyfriend and I live in one of the studio apartments here and my favorite part is the neighbors. Everyone is friendly and they mind their own business while being nice enough to say hello. I couldn't ask for more perfect neighbors. The apartment itself is worth the price you pay to rent it. Very small space but that's to be expected in a studio. You can't run enough hot water for a bath, but the water pressure is great for showers. The small space means cooking anything with smoke will set off the fire alarm, but there's a fan on the microwave to help. There are pros and cons to living here and overall, I'd give it a solid 4 out of 5 would live here again. Oh and the staff is pretty nice here too so that's always a plus.
