Noisy, office staff doesn’t care about residents, walls are super thin, maintenance enters without notice, without permission, and even without being contacted. I’m only still here because of laziness.

MAA Southwind was a great community to live in. Everyone in the office was super nice and someone was always available when I needed them. Maintenance was quick to respond to the one time I needed them and the community itself was always clean and well kept. The community was quite and there are several amenities and events that are offered. In addition to the actual apartment and community, the location is great as it is close to shopping, dining, and other entertainment. I would not hesitate to recommend this community anyone looking for a place to live.

Every evening, someone from building 3549 rides their motorcycle loudly around the neighborhood, disturbing everyone and making it hard to fall asleep. This happens every day after 10 p.m.
