They make repairs quick. The staff is always polite. It's a quiet neighborhood. When I had a disturbing-the-peace neighbor, they got him out!

I have lived at MAA Kirby Station since last Fall. I moved from a house and instantly felt like I had plenty of space. Neighbors are quiet, respectful, and friendly. The apartment & the community amenities were just what I needed. One of the best apartment complexes I have lived in during my 10+ years in Memphis. Would definitely recommend!
