Pet limit 2 allowed. Maximum of 2 pets per-residence. Hamsters & Fish are allowed, but fish tanks must not exceed 20 gallons. Cedar Run is a pet-friendly community that allows both cats and dogs. There is a 2 pet maximum per household and a one-time pet fee of $200 per pet. Pet rent is $35 per pet per month. There is also a $300 refundable pet deposit required per pet. There is a 50 lb weight limit per pet and breed restrictions apply. We do not allow aggressive breeds and/or breeds such as German Shepherd, Cane Corso, American Pit Bull Terrier, Husky, Doberman, Mastiff, Great Dane, Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, Wolf Hybrids, Saint Bernard, Chow-Chow, and Akita.
