Ive lived here just over two years. Rent has gone up over $200 a month since then with nothjng bejng improved or updated. The washers in my nuikdong havent worked since April and still dont. The pool is a huge issue with no one here monitoring it. The courtesy officer is useles. They now charge for parki g permits. There has been a lot of turn over in office staff. When thjngs are repaired my 12 year old could do a better job. Location is great.

I've lived here for 6 years and like the location and people. My only complaint is that since I moved in, my rent has gone up by about $500 yet nothing has been updated or changed. I understand that prices have gone up everywhere but I feel like $1000 a month is a little steep for an apartment that doesn’t have central heat and air.

My rent has gone up iver $250 in a year for no reason. They have made no improvements. My buidling smells like a grow house constantly. I will say maintanence is the best thing about this place. They are fast and friendly.
