Washer and dryer

It’s either a washer or dryer that’s not working. The dryer on the left does not heat up. It’s been that way for about 4 months. It took 8 months for them to fix the washer on the right which did not spin or drain water. I’ve spent so much wasted money I usually have to go somewhere else to do my laundry properly
