Washer and dryer

It’s either a washer or dryer that’s not working. The dryer on the left does not heat up. It’s been that way for about 4 months. It took 8 months for them to fix the washer on the right which did not spin or drain water. I’ve spent so much wasted money I usually have to go somewhere else to do my laundry properly

Work to be done

The numbers on apartment’s make no sense. There’s constantly drivers for food and groceries that have a very hard time finding the apartment. So they knock on our doors etc. The stairs and patio woodwork is deteriorating. Needs repairs and wood finishing. All the cables hanging down from apartments is disturbing. Needs a lot of attention
