Excellent Community-Pool and Garage has room for improvement

The community is excellent; the only area for improvement is the enforcement of parking spot rules. Many neighbors don't pay for their parking spot, and they are using the covered parking. The pool needs enforcement because many neighbors bring more than 10 guests during the summer weekends, leaving a lot of residents behind.
