Overall, been satisfied. Delays on maintenance (hot water in tub, grab rails ) Hallways not clean.

I've lived at River's Edge from 2021 to 2025 and have overall enjoyed my experience. Clean amenities, courteous staff, and a great location are a few of the reasons why stayed until needing to move to a smaller unit.

Comparing the rent to other places nearby, the amenities need some work. Tiny, outdated gym that barely has any equipment. No space to gather other than the pool. Please consider adding a trash can for the property.
