I have lived in Stonecrest Apartments for a year now. I have had the most positive experience. Any time I have had any questions or issues, they have been addressed completely and timely. I love the location because it is close to anywhere in Johnson City but has a secluded atmosphere. The townhomes are nice and homey. I have loved living here for the past year.

Love this place but noise is much worse

I love living here! Maintenance and staff are amazing..could not ask for a better and more efficient crew. But the noise from motorcycles is too much. I try not to complain but they are constantly driving in and out of the complex and in circles thru the parking lots. There are times they start them and rev them in the middle of the night or extreme early morning. It’s just too much. They are too loud and disruptive and need to be calmed down.
