This is an old complex that needs lots of work done to it. The location is the best in Hixson.

The place is really nice. I enjoy the atmosphere and the apartments are have a modern feeling. Gunna be a great play to grow with my family

These apartments are not worth what people are paying rent for them. You can get a brand new apartment for$1435 at Ridgeview at Northgate. My neighbor pays $1500 FOR two BR. Maintenance brought her a new refidg. Set it in middle of floor. Did not even remove old one. APT 727. When I saw what she was getting for $1500 I was shock.Northtown Village needs a major overhaul I think their ready for HUD housing. Just saying
