My only complaint is that the washer and dryer should be optional for 1 bedroom units.

tulip grove apartments are first convenient. If you are looking for luxury go elsewhere. If you are looking for state-of-the-art amenities and facilities, go elsewhere. If you like convenience, you have found your spot.

I do not recommend anybody rent here. The units are affordable, but the conditions are nearly unlivable. Our apartment had black mold, brown recluses, water damage, and leaks that never got addressed despite multiple reports. Additionally, there are gaps in all the cabinetry and drywall behind cabinetry that present a safety risk for animals and small children. Finally, the dishwasher was too filthy to function properly and the entire apartment would smell like old framing and mildew every time it rained, leading me to believe there are even more gaps not visible. We ended up having to move out due to the condition of the apartment. Tulip Grove allowed me to break the lease, but is still attempting to charge multiple fees for breaking the lease. Unless you have no other option I would recommend staying as far away from these apartments as possible. I will provide an update if we can reach an agreement about the fees.

I have been living at Tulip Grove Apts. 15yrs. and presently have no plans on moving. The office staff is excellent. Any issue and/or concern brought to management is resolved in a timely matter and professionally. The location is great since there are many stores in walking distance. I would recommend Tulip Grove Apts. as the place to live.

These are old buildings, and it shows. Not luxury apartments. Maintenance does quick patch up jobs to check you off the list, no real care goes into anything. Brown recluse spiders were a big issue until we set out a ton of sticky traps (pest control just kept spraying perimeters, an ineffective treatment). Some positives are that the walls are thick, so you cant hear your neighbors. The staff has always been kind. The pet policy is friendly. The location is convenient for grocery shopping (not much else happening nearby)
