The apartments are a little outdated with no washer dryer hookups. The few washer machines that are here are also difficult to get to

increase with no return
not only has the rent gone up extremely high they are also going up on the fee to process the rent payment with no other option. Not to mention that with these increases no amenities have been added ie:washer/dryer hook-ups
