I've been in my apartment 9 years; I like my floor plan. I like the location, though it is getting a bit traffic heavy with all the new construction. I appreciate being in Maury county and yet easy travel to Franklin and Nashville. A few more community events would be nice or perks of some kind. I feel the rent is a bit high for the age of the community.

going into my 8th year living here. Its still quiet, clean, and comfortable. Staff are friendly, helpful, host social events. The pool is refreshing, great sunset view. Maintenance is prompt.

I have lived here almost 9 years! I love the space in my apartment. You just can't find it almost anywhere now for the price and the layout. Sometimes, I wish my kitchen was updated with an open concept and I had updated flooring. But I'm satisfied. Most of my neighbors are friendly and it's pretty quiet in my building. There is hardly any daytime or late night noise accept a few cars coming and going down the street which my apartment faces. The property and amenities are maintained well not perfectly. Just waiting for the local area to develope with more practical amenities such as restaurants, grocery stores and other retail shopping.
