Me n 6yr old loved living here with the farmers field views before it gets crowded from new subdivision. We love our pool, fireplace n across street from his school and older quiter neighbors. But e aren’t getting pay raises to handle the inflation and our rent keeps going higher. We don’t get child support nor can i get 3rd job for these constant rent increases. I’m an only parent that doesnt qualify for income driven housing. Please stop the rent gouging. Nobody is getting pay raises to afford this. Plus my child care expenses go up with every job and i need to be his parent during the school week not working 3jobs to afford rent, car, food and gas. It’s insane that my mortgage years ago was 983 for1492 sq ft home vs this new rent increase of 1588 for 2bedroom apt 1109 sq ft. Nobody can survive with these rent increases.
