The most important advantage is the strong presence of Austin and kellon who take extra miles to make things happen smoothly and safely. I do appreciate their passionate cooperation during my moving to this place. I am enjoying my stay here. Quick response to emails, great maintenance. Easy access to grocery stores and shopping centers/mall.
