Place is decent, gated, pool good when opened, mail well should be good but box delivery lucky if you get code and if you do lucky if its dropped where its suppose to be.

Experience here, has been good. I would recommend anyone to consider renting here because the people are friendly and good for finding new friends/neighbors. Safe to walk and exercise.

I am coming to the end of my 2nd lease term. I love the community, and I haven't had issues with staff. However, the prices are too high now, and I have no other choice but to move as rent keeps increasing. The only other issue is resident behaviors in and around the pool area. It's hard to enjoy the pool when residents invite whole other families to party or bbq there; it ends up being too full to enjoy.
