The location is secluded and a good separation from the hectic area of clarksville, but for the value, the overall quality of the apartment and amenties could be improved. Seemed like repairs between tenants were a bit rushed or glossed over and the apartment was built faster for a small drop in quality. Still the staff, amenities overall are nice. The neighborhood was worth the drive and price. The gym could be larger with more equipment to fulfill the luxury esthetic they are portraying. The roads leading into the location do need to the widened and more accessible but that is not to the fault of the complex. Sound insulation overall could have need higher in priority, but it is passable since most residents are working throughout the day.

My experience with Rachel has been absolutely wonderful. I can’t say enough great things about how supportive and helpful she has been throughout the whole application and renting process. Rachel has fantastic rapport with residents, is extremely prompt when answer answering questions, and goes above and beyond to provide assistance whenever needed. As far as the apartment grounds go, this was exactly what I was looking for in a property. Everything appears well-maintained and clean. I really look forward to my new residency here at Kirkwood.
