Place was really nice when i first move but slowly people are ruining it by not cleaning after their pets. The of building literally start smelling. Not management fault but some residents are just not participating. Overall good management is nice,

Havent had any problems with the property that couldnt be fixed by maintenance. Usually problems lie with neighbor's and sounds, but that kind of comes with close quarters

Almost everything has been great, other than the copious amounts of dog poop EVERYWHERE. Especially the dog park where majorty of our doggie friends have gotten sick with bacterial infections. :(

I've lived in the apartments for approximately 2 and half years. Had enjoyed the environment and the amenities for my kids. Definitely recommend others to try it. Although I do wish their were more grilling areas for the farther apartments.
