I gave maintenance a 3 because I've had no contact. The ladies at the office was friendly and helpful with helping me setup my payment information . Theres no amenities , we have a HOA but no curiosity officer, no dog park or poop stations, no grounds men to keep the trash picked up or mulch off the sidewalk no playground for the kids, tennis or volleyball court. So I'm not sure why there's a HOA community. Nobody picks up after there dogs or themselves, And when it rains the mulch runs out all over the sidewalk also why are we not allowed to have peep holes in the door ? I have to go upstairs look out my window if someone unexpectedly knocks on my door, especially since we can't install security doors. This is a very good area and the homes are nice. I think the up keep should be alot better. Hopefully the new owner will do that
