We went to pay our rent for this month and noticed 5 $10 entries under billing fees. There are no emails to say what this is. Utilities went from the $20 range to almost $100. When the lease is over we are out, I'll put this on Google reviews after that.

The units are reasonably adequate for the amount that's charged for rent, as for maintenance they may require a bit of work once you've moved in and really checked the apartment out, other than that it's not a bad place to live.

Love th location of the aparatments, and the staff is always so kind and tries to accomodate. The noise can be alot to deal with and people who dont care. Maybe stricker policy enforced and fines could help. Other wise not bad
