From the outside, this apartment complex looks nice, but the reality is very different. The property has been poorly maintained, and residents have had to deal with ongoing issues, including: • Outdated windows that need to be replaced • Reports of black mold in multiple apartments • No green space or safe play area for children • A sinkhole that has remained unrepaired for more than three years • Persistent insect problems • Pet owners who frequently fail to clean up after their dogs, leaving waste throughout the property These are not minor inconveniences. They are quality of life and maintenance issues that deserve attention. Residents should expect a safe, clean, and well maintained community, but unfortunately that has not been the experience here.

The value is alright for what you pay. The staff are nice, but not much of planners. The pool and the grill are nice in the summer. Have recurring issues with vehicle break ins, garbage being piled up by the dumpster. Who doesn't love living next to garbage mountain. I have not seen the pest control professional one time in my years living here. Supposed to be doing sprinkler replacements, I doubt my apt will ever get done. Its like they get close to the end and then just forget about some of us.

We went to pay our rent for this month and noticed 5 $10 entries under billing fees. There are no emails to say what this is. Utilities went from the $20 range to almost $100. When the lease is over we are out, I'll put this on Google reviews after that.

The units are reasonably adequate for the amount that's charged for rent, as for maintenance they may require a bit of work once you've moved in and really checked the apartment out, other than that it's not a bad place to live.
