Ascent At Signal Mountain

The location, parking, and safety are the positives. I lived here alone and felt safe. However, when it came to maintenance nothing was ever done in a timely manner or fixed correctly. I had a continuously water leak above the shower 4 times that was never fixed and worsened over time. I had planned to stay for the duration of my lease but decided to break the lease. The floor buckles, washer/dryer combo has been fixed twice, dishwasher leaks water, and the shower has been leaking water for almost two weeks. This is a good place for temporary living, but not long term until they fix some of these issues.

One year. We can afford living here. Staff and maintenance team are great. Owners need to invest more in maintaining quality apartments.

I was here for about 3 years maintenance didn’t fix my problems when i called they came out tho i was always getting a changing rent amount agreed to 1400 always ended up paying close to 1600 because of water and sewer Because of shared bill for whole apartment complex got charged for trash i never even used the dumpster every time i went to the pool it was closed for maintenance i loved the place and my neighbors but wouldn’t want to live here again because way 2 many hidden fees
