Rough experience.

I have lived here for around 2 years, and the ecperience has been sub par at best. The staff never seems to be in communication and information constantly got lost and confused. The apartements also caught on fire a couple of times with no explanation from management which was honestlty scary. The building itself isn’t in great shape either, as the rust at the top of the stair lets me know that the top of the stair will soon fall in. More specifically— one of the newer staff memebers is continually rude to me and my roomates and has talked extremely unprofessionally to us multiple times. If this complex wants to improve she needs to be the first to go. Hopefully these are issues that can be fixed, but having lived here for a while it is evident that management and staff do not care about the quality of living for tenants, and care much more about fees and rent payments.

Noisy, Smelly

I wish I had more nice things to say about this apartment. It was nice when we first moved in, but things have just gone steadily downhill. I will add in the positives that the landscaping is beautiful, and the people at the office are always very kind and polite. I also like that it's a walkable distance to a grocery store. Unfortunately, that's where the pros end. To start, the floors and walls here are extremely thin. You can hear your neighbor using the bathroom pretty clearly, and if you have the misfortune of having neighbors who play loud music at all times of the day and night, then you're stuck having to live with ear plugs, because no one in charge cares, no matter how many times you complain. Like sound, smell also travels here incredibly well, and if your neighbor really enjoys pot or cigarettes, then guess what? Yep, you're stuck living with that too. The smell comes up right through the closet where the water heater is kept, and now your apartment gets to smell like whatever they're smoking too! Yay! Honestly, if you complain though, forget having anyone do anything about the problem. We're often lucky to even get a reply. Asking for maintenance requests are a nightmare, and then when they actually do finally show up, they make a point of making you feel guilty for daring to call them to fix whatever broken appliance they should have honestly replaced ten years ago. They still haven't fixed some of the broken/glitchy street lights that got messed up in the tornado that came through here yet. Again, I wish I could say nicer things, but with the price point of these apartments alone, you can do better.
