I’ve been opening the same maintenance request about wood rot on my balcony for over a year and a half. I rent a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment with washer/dryer hook up. Its not worth almost $1,500 a month for this.

My house got broken into and nothing was down about it my and my apartment flooded and it tool so long for anything too be dome about this has been the worst rental experience ive ever had
