It was rough in the beginning but once they hired Suzanne she turned this community around and it is so much better.
Nice Rental Community
I've been living here almost 4 months now. The homes are genuinely nice. They are less than 4 years old, so they are relatively new. All appliances are in excellent condition. The neighborhood is well maintained. The grass is cut regularly, and the trash pickups are consistent. There's a nice clubhouse, built in pool, playground for kids and a small dog park. Neighbors mostly keep to themselves, but those I've met are exceedingly kind. The community is owned by a corporation, so it does lack an individualized touch and it's not cheap. That said, the pricing is in line with other similar rental homes in the area. If you're looking for a decent place to live, then I highly recommend Guild Falls in Chattanooga.
Living at Guild Falls
I really enjoy living here and this is the best place I have ever lived. I just wish they will fix the fountian in the pond. It has not worked in a few months
