Baydo flats does not give tenants proper notice of when testing fire alarms (only a post on a bulletin board and no emails). Not everyone saw the post. You can also hear your neighbors above you walking around.

Lived here for 3 years and rent was 1500 at the start now 1900. (Almost 2000). 500.00 in 3 years. Fairly steep

Things have improved

We have have lived here for 4 years. Maintenance before we moved in was not the greatest but has nost certainly improved. We have made friends and like the location.
