Annoying alarm

There is always food left out in the lobby and the fire alarm goes off so frequently that ive noticed that many off the tenats here are getting annoyed and frustrated about it. And its always a false alarm. I have a cat and it stresses her out everytime it goes off for nothing.

So far this place has been great! The only thing that i didint like was that when i moved in. Underneath the oven was filthy and the side panels werent cleaned at all.

General

I have lived here for about a year. Within six months, my rent increased by $150 a month, but unfortunately it was not proportionate to what is offered at the apartment. The majority, if not all, of the equipment in the fitness room are completely broken, and those that are working are not maintained for cleanliness at all. This is the same for the recreational room. Things like shower fans being incredibly loud, smelly water in showers, and other maintenance issues are brushed off. Could definitely be better for the price paid.
