Good Place

Been living here since 1.5 years. So far it has been a nice place to live. they regularly clean the common spaces. staff are friendly. They promptly respond to the maintenance requests. They clean the parking during snow season which makes things a lot easier.

Nice but..

Living here is great, it is clean and safe. however, be prepared to buy space heaters in the winter to stay warm. with maximum heat, it will be around 12-13 degrees in your apartment on the super cold days. the maintenance guys and plumbers apologized as there was nothing they could do. the only upside is that you don't pay for heat. In summer, prepare to live in the living room blasting the AC with all the blinds closed. it gets ridiculously hot.

Good staff, but not managed in parking lot and noise.

Parking lot is sometimes occupied by stranger but the number given by staff was not working during weekends and evening or night. Free and Lucky for stranger.

Floor is not heavy enough

The floor in our building is not heavy enough to reduce the noise caused by footsteps. We have a tenant above us whose walking disturbs us with noise and vibrations.
