I enjoy renting at The MarQ. The place is clean and well maintained. The walls are thin so occasionally I hear noise from my neighbors, but they are respectfully quiet. I appreciate that staff is friendly and helpful when I have questions or need repairs done. The pool and gym area are nice. I do wish other tenants would be more respectful of cleaning up after their dogs- that is my only complaint.

No utilities included. Parking is an extra $120 a month. Rent is quite high. "luxury living" is literally just living compared to everywhere else in Sioux Falls.
