Lovely apartment in a nice location!

I really enjoy living at this apartment. I have lived in a lot if apartments as a healthcare traveler and would definitely recommend this one. The only downside for us is that it doesn’t have a gym on site but that’s not a dealbreaker. Karina is so nice and helpful and maintenance issues are taken care of quickly (but the apartments are brand new so they don’t really need much maintenance). They’re also dog friendly and the neighborhood is nice and quiet.

Great place to live!

My wife and I have really enjoyed living here at The Brett since it opened. Jennifer and Karina (property managers) have been so helpful and friendly whenever we have questions for them. We feel we're getting great value for our monthly rent, and this is a great location to live in. The only thing we have any sort of complaint about is the road noise. Our apartment faces the main road next to the property, and the road itself is very quiet and not busy at all. However, because it isn't a busy street, people who own cars with loud exhaust systems like to rev their engines, which can be annoying at times, especially when the engine doesn't even sound good. We know The Brett can't change that or they would, and it really isn't a big deal in the grand scheme of things. We're willing to deal with some minor road noise for this place!
