The Brett is a nice apartment with good value. The apartment furnishings and finishes are nice. The somewhat "tight" layout of the buildings and being wrapped by the parking lot leads to loud vehicles and very bright security lights that shine into the apartments.

Its not a very affordable option for a very standard place. I would be willing to stick around and renew my lease if more affordable, or if indoor parking became a thing, which is impossible here at The Brett.

Been here 3 months and I love it !!!! Clean, Quiet and Well Maintained. Two areas to improve: The Brett needs to get the garbage and recycling pick up schedule figured out better to avoid overflowing dumpsters and not be out of hot chocolate at the coffee kiosk so often.
