This is a good place to live with grassy spaces. Not too far away from main sioux falls.

Expensive. Nice lighting from windows. Nice stairs to climb. Sidewalks are cleared from snow quickly usually.

I’ve lived here for a year, and throughout the seasons I’ve enjoyed the outdoor light coming in the big windows. The apartment is spacious. The balcony/deck is great for plants or beautiful snow. It’s nice walking around the area and there are woods nearby. This August, there was a wonderful blooming meadow of purple flowers to be seen in the center of these woods. Around the apartments grassy spaces are maintained, and It’s fun to see and hear kids enjoying the playground sometimes.

After living here 4 months, I haven’t met many people, since there is no ‘common area’ inside, and it’s been too cold out for standing around outside. I like the views of the trees just beyond the apartments. There are neighborhoods nearby for walking. Quite snowy now, though. My apartment is spacious and comfortable with great windows. My parking spot is pretty far from the door of my building, but most spots are closer for most residents.
