Apartment Drawbacks

The staff is nice, but the walls are super thin and the units are made of cheaper materials. Also the parking wasn’t planned out well enough

New Apartments

The Apartments are new, lots of dogs, needs a bigger dog park. Customer service at one time pretty good, seems to be more neutral now, changes seemed to be happening. moving away from customer interaction, more focused on using computer apps to deal with issues, face to face may be old school but still the best way to handle things, gives a human touch. Maintenance staff excellent. Staff is friendly, they work hard to meet the needs of the residents.

Best for what is offered in the area

For this location it is centrally located for all my needs and ease to get to all places I find I have to go to. No other facility I looked at could really match my needs with anything comprable.
