I have lived here for 7 years and have seen a lot of people come and go; there are only a few of us that have been here a long time and those neighbors are friendly. Overall decent

I love my apartment but parking is difficult with a retaining wall right behind the spots, management is rude if you have issues, the washer and dryer ruined my clothes and costs a fortune compared to other places, and the building interior smells. Not well kept. Wouldnt rent here again.

Beware of this place and look elsewhere. Not worth the aggravation of dealing with them. They use predatory tactics to keep you in leases longer, plain and simple.

Could be Better

I have lived at this property for a number of years and during that time the value has declined while the monthly price only increases. The property overall is poorly maintained. Common areas, such as the laundry room, are consistently filthy and cleaned infrequently. There is no enforcement of proper trash disposal. My unit and appliances are outdated and will not be renovated until after I move out because I moved in a few months prior to the "scheduled renovation". There is not enough noise reduction between units - I can hear everything the tenants around me say and do. The air system and insulation are insufficient. Due to lack of insulation, portions of the unit are a sauna in the summer and a freezer in the winter. The wall unit AC and heating system are no help for these challenges and Management will never address the inadequate insulation, even when the unit is being renovated. Requests for property improvements or enforcement of lease policies fall on deaf ears. The distribution of utility costs is unfair - each unit pays an equal share of the utility cost despite the differences in usage and number of tenants between units. Many of the new tenants have little to know respect for the people living around them and do as they please with little to no consequences. When looking at the surroundings, this is a beautiful place to live; however, once you step inside, the actual living area is far from ideal.
