Laundry facilities

Its ok decent but staff is rude even new staff treat us like we owe them something, pre judge and asume taking the basic cable away is stupid it was a perk need a pet park/run is needed need to treat everybody the same we see bikes on balcony’s only 1 washer 1 dryer is ridicules

Parking laundry

Laundry is not great need more washers and dryers for building 1. Parking need more handicap spots since people park in the without handicap plates or stickers and one car is always parked in the one in front of building 1 and will use other vehicles so she doesn’t loose the spot, also guest should not park in residents spots maybe they need their own parking area.

Experience at Canyon Lake

My experience here started out a bit rough. I was told over the phone site unseen that this was a ground level apartment. Specifically that one could walk right in from outside. There are stairs, and its a daylight basement. This was workable. There are no overhead lights in the rooms, this was not mentioned either. Unfortunately, 2 drains were clogged when I moved in, I fixed them. Enormous amounts of dog hair was in the carpet in every room. To this day still I can pull pet dander and dog hair out of the carpet with the vac. This was mentioned, and met with a response of "sorry to hear that, hope your experience is better moving forward." No offer to have carpets cleaned. I am still dealing with this, and its frustrating. Other than that and some other minor inconveniences, I am still here and this part of town is a nice place to live. The maintenance is excellent, and it is a safe community with nice neighbors, and a decent laundromat.

ANice but noisy

A decent place to live if you don't mind hearing your neighbors. It's a surround sound experience, by that I mean you can hear the tenants downstairs, upstairs, and anyone in the hallways. Not really any privacy due to this but overall the rest of the apartment complex is nice! Decent parking, and helpful staff/maintenance.
