Fantastic Quiet Area

Great little apartment complex tucked away from the main road in Rapid City. The reasonably priced amenities as well as the value make this a great place to call home. The main office always staffed, and when not they let you know days before hand so that you can always get business or questions taken care of. Maintenance is also top notch and has promptly fixed all the minor issues that have occurred. While the complex is nearing the edge of Rapid City and places like grocery stores and coffee shops will be a car ride away, the apartment is also within walking distance of a play park for children and a wilderness area as well as Outdoor Campus West. They allow pets and give you a choice between garage and surface parking, which is always appreciated. All in all it has been a fantastic place to live in and would recommend for anyone looking for a nice place that's on the quiet side.

Overall

Candlewood is a fine place to stay. It is quiet, access to a great nature hiking trail. The grounds are well kept, and the maintenance, repair crew does an excellent, professional job. Management is easily accessible, friendly and helpful-they do an excellent job of running this large complex.
