Really liked living here! not the newest building but close to campus and very affordable, which made it worth it

Good, little maintenance

I lived here about a year. At move-in, we noticed the edge of the carpet was coming up and put in a work order right away. Nothing happened. About a month or two in, they came to do apartment checks for maintenance and we showed them the carpet. They said they would get it fixed but never did. We finally submitted another work order for it and it still never got fixed. Other than that, it was a good place to live. Good location and spacious apartment.

I love living here! The only thing is, my neighbors above me are always banging stuff around and yelling. So some nights, it is very hard to fall asleep.
