Paramount Place

I've lived here two in a half years. The thing I like the most about this community is how friendly everyone is. The location right next to the hospital is very convenient. I would recommend living here because it is just a very quiet and tranquil place to live. Everyone is very respectful and peaceful.

So far so good, just moved in a couple days ago.

I really like my apartment a lot. I received a lot of help with the application from Darcy when I wanted to move in because i don't do computers. everyone is very nice

I have and still enjoy living here the apartment is very roomy and this isthe first place that has a private bathroom

We've been here 7 months now and are very pleased with the apartment. The noise isolation is fantastic--I very rarely hear my neighbors--and all of the appliances are in excellent condition. The public areas of the building are also well maintained. I am slightly disappointed at some of the small conveniences that the management company no longer provides--there is no trash can in the lobby, for instance, and they recently decided to stop replacing the filters in the heating/ac units, both expenses that it feels petty to withdraw, given the relatively high rent. Otherwise, I feel very happy with our choice to move here.
