Just moved in and the process was smooth and easy. Great location and love the vaulted cielings on the 3rd floor apartments.

I've been here a little over a year, spacious apartments, good lighting, great appliances, underground parking, elevator access, quiet, central air, balconies. Honestly one of the best apartments I've ever lived in.

The unit is a good value for the amount of lease as you consider appliances are provided, included a washer and dryer and the unit is very well maintained. Maintenance and management is very responsive.

I have lived at Paramount Estates for 2 years. It has been a great apartment for myself and my animals. Noise level is great, I rarely hear my neighbors. The underground parking is the best especially during cold or rainy months. The rooms are big and spacious. Kitchens have great counter space and plenty of storage. In unit washer and dryer is very fortunate to have. The building is clean and well kept, same with outdoor spaces. Staff has been helpful with occasional problems that arise. I feel very safe and comfortable at Paramount Estates and would recommend it to anyone.
