Good but can be better

Apartment is fine. Not a lot of noise and is a great location. Have had issues with previous management with follow up on requests/info also with maintenance for the very few requests I’ve made. Have come into the office multiple times to resolve an issue and kind of felt like I was getting put off and forgeten about. But we have new management so eager to see how it goes.

Property is nice , apartment needs work, my floors are still soft and hilly in spots . I was promised when I moved in they would be fixed . That was a year ago.

Saftey and Maintenance

The staff is nice , maintenance said my floors needed to be replace over a year ago . I’m still waiting . My floors are lumpy and soft all through the apartment. I wish they would ensure safety of all tenants.
